We will ask you only for the information that we need so that you can use our services properly. For your protection all cardholder verification checks are logged and stored on our secure servers for seven years. To provide this service we need your email address and a password that you choose.

 

If you register an email address that is not associated with your company or organisation – for example, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo! – this will restrict the functions that are available for you to use.

 

We promise to keep your details safe and secure. No information that you give us will be shared with any other party unless it is with your permission.

 

We operate a strict no-spam policy. We know how annoying junk mail is and we promise not to pass your email address to any other party.
