Reset Access for Verifiers
Automated competence checking and site induction
Reset Access is an advanced self-service check-in system that makes processing contractors entering your site even simpler, while still ensuring full HSE compliance.
Minimise time and manpower for site entry procedures
Reset Access enables verifying companies to check the competence of visiting contractors and carry out site entry procedures and inductions without having to post staff at all site entrances or requiring contractors to check-in at the Estates department.
The touch-screen Reset Access terminal allows contractors to scan their Reset card, read and accept any risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), specify where they will be working, provide contact details and read any important safety announcements about working on site that day, such as planned fire alarm tests.
Keep track of everyone on your site
The user-friendly screens make the whole process quick and straightforward for contractors. At the same time, they store valuable information about the credentials of your visitors and the times they enter and leave your site. It effectively acts as an electronic clocking in and out log, providing an instant contractor roster. This data is vital in the event of a major incident on your site, and it will help you to cross-reference contractor invoices against the hours logged by individuals on the system.
Remote monitoring delivers full compliance
All activity on the system can be monitored remotely by specified employees, who can be located anywhere in your premises. By monitoring all Reset Access activity, your staff can intervene if required, for example, if a visitor’s qualifications do not meet your criteria, or if they fail to complete any part of the process correctly.
What does it cost?
Verifying companies pay an annual fee for the use of Reset Access hardware, support, maintenance and licensing.
