Whether you employ one or many tradespeople, any contracting company has a duty under both HSE and CDM law to ensure that employees are competent and qualified for their roles. You can provide proof of this to your clients by registering your employees with Reset Individual.
Your employees will simply need to carry a single Reset card with them, instead of all their valuable original certificates and identity documents.
How does it work?
We check the originals of all training and qualification certificates and identity documents for each individual employee. Once verified by us, these documents are scanned and stored on our database. All documents are returned by a recorded delivery service.
We issue each individual with a Reset card featuring a unique number and barcode. All your clients need to do is enter this number or scan the barcode into any internet-enabled device and they will instantly be able to see the cardholder’s qualifications and competences. The check takes a matter of seconds, so your staff aren’t left waiting while paper documents are checked and processed.
Monitor and manage training requirements
Reset Individual helps you and your employees to monitor the status of all qualifications registered with us. When time-limited qualifications, such as Asbestos Awareness and Working at Height, are nearing their renewal date, you will be sent an email notification to remind you that training needs to be arranged to update the qualification. Email notifications will continue to be sent until a new certificate is sent to us, showing that the qualification has been updated.
What does it cost?
There is a monthly subscription to pay for each Reset Individual card, which ranges from £2.00 to £2.80 depending on the number of cardholders in your company. Please click here for more details.
